Flies Needed "Now" for Fishing the Smokies for Trout

These are the Insects and other food the trout may be eating and what you should be imitating. It
also
includes those insects that are getting close to hatching because those are the ones you
should be imitating with a nymph or larva.

1.    Blue-winged Olives (See Below)
2.    Great Brown Autumn Sedge
3.    Sculpin, baitfish and small crayfish (Imitate with streamers)
4.    Midges

These are the flies that you need to imitate them (Click on the Flies)

1. Blue-winged Olives  Mostly Eastern BWO, Little BWO hatching off and on

2. Great Brown Autumn Sedge

3. Streamers: Always available and especially good in off colored, high water
