Note: When I wrote yesterday's article (at 5:00 in the morning), it didn't dawn on me
that Thanksgiving was as close as it was. I guess I was in a daze. I intended to take
the day off, so realizing that, I actually wrote this article last night. I'm not asking
anyone to feel sorry for me, mind you. I just wanted to wish everyone a very
Happy Thanksgiving

Fly Fishing Strategies - Which Flies To Use - Coming Week
I would stick with Blue-winged Olive nymphs (size 20) and cream midge larvae and
pupae (size 20). Today and tomorrow, I doubt you will see any hatches other than
midges but it is possible. If you do, it will be small BWOs or midges. If so, switch to a
BWO dun or adult cream Midge, respectively. Warmer water on Saturday and
Sunday should increase the chances of something hatching.

The other option is to fish a streamer and I think your odds are better with our
Perfect Fly Brown sculpin. This is a great fly to use for post-spawn browns as well as
the larger rainbows.

I received this email from Dereck Porter day before yesterday:

"These guys literally ate the eyeballs off your PF sculpins!!!
